Steve Loynes, director
A technology PR practitioner since 1996, Steve has held in-house and consultancy roles and has considerable international PR experience. He leads Chameleon’s practice, driving the business unit and directing public relations campaigns for the likes of Citrix, Global Graphics, and Siemens Enterprise Communications.

Mark Walker, senior strategic consultant
Mark’s’s 18-year PR consultancy career includes technology PR, taking information security specialists QinetiQ and AXENT Technologies to the forefront of their international markets. He advised consulting software group Civica on trade media communications during its AIM listing – the first UK technology IPO for two years. He is currently examining local government Service Transformation topics for Civica and online talent management company JGP. Mark also specialises in the impact of technology in the workplace, through campaigns for telecommunications group Avaya, web conferencing company Genesys Conferencing and HCM software provider Softscape. Mark has a degree in history from Manchester University and an MA in tourism management from Westminster University.
Margherita Di Cerbo, strategic consultant
Margherita joined Chameleon in April 2010, bringing a mix of public relations and communications experience at an international level, having worked on a number of EMEA-wide projects. She has run international teams at global PR consultancies for clients that include Avanade, Avaya, Coca Cola, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Microsoft Xbox, Novell and Philips Consumer Electronics. Areas of industry expertise include telecommunications, hardware (PC, printers, peripherals), open source software, identity and security management.
Margherita’s experience spans international co-ordination, corporate communications, analyst relations, customer reference programmes and product launches. At Chameleon, Margherita is leading the company’s international accounts, including Citrix and Mozy as well as delivering UK-specific PR activity.
Margherita obtained a Master’s Degree in International Public Relations from Cardiff University and lives in London. She is fluent in English and Italian and has advanced French and Spanish language skills.
Martine Levene, strategic consultant
Martine joined Chameleon PR in October 2005 and has provided PR and marketing expertise to the technology, telecommunications and business-to-business sectors for over ten years. She began her career in technology representing hardware manufacturers, software developers and companies in the networking, telecommunications and e-business sectors. She has been responsible for devising and implementing UK based and pan-European PR campaigns. Before joining Chameleon PR, Martine worked at a business-to-business PR and marketing consultancy, with clients in the property, construction and professional services sectors.
Richard Botley, strategic consultant
An award-winning campaigning journalist turned PR professional, Richard joined Chameleon in December 2008 bringing his dual passions of technology and the media to the team. Armed with a great network of journalist contacts and a real enthusiasm for evaluating new PR tools and techniques, Richard is a champion of innovative PR.
His wide-ranging client experience includes large corporate IT organisations such as Cybertrust (now Verizon Business) to niche starts-ups, such as Journey Dynamics a provider of predictive traffic intellgience.
Richard has also managed campaigns for unified communications software provider CommuniGate Systems, bespoke peripherals manufacturer Electrone Europe, hosted CRM provider Really Simple Systems and e-procurement software provider Vectra IT.
Jennifer Sneyd, consultant
Jennifer Sneyd joined Chameleon in 2008 and is part of the B2B team. Prior to Chameleon Jennifer worked as an account executive for a corporate B2B, consumer and technology agency. There she gained extensive experience across the B2B, consumer and digital/social media sectors. Having worked with a diverse range of clients including Zed Worldwide, the Financial Times, mySupermarket.co.uk, Babelgum and Wickes; this experience has provided Jennifer with solid competencies when dealing with both corporate and consumer campaigns. She also has previous experience in both direct marketing and in-house PR.
Katrine Lauritzen, consultant 
Katrine joined Chameleon PR in February 2010. Danish-born, she holds a BA in Business Communications from Aarhus School of Business in Denmark. Just before joining the team, Katrine finished her MSc in International Marketing Communications Strategy, a joint degree from ESCEM Business School in France and London Metropolitan Business School. Fluent in English, Danish and French, and her German isn’t bad either; she has brought a truly international aspect to Chameleon.
Katrine has previous experience in export consulting and market analysis, specifically within the sectors of energy & environment, architecture & building materials and design & furniture.
Lucy Houghton, consultant 
Lucy joined Chameleon PR in July 2010. She holds a BA in Politics and Communication Studies and an MA in Politics and Irish Studies from the University of Liverpool. Her MA dissertation was on Obama’s political marketing campaign and the impact of using social media. Lucy has previous experience at a B2B agency where she developed a strong understanding of the technology sector and was formerly a researcher focusing on public policy, primarily education.
